For an athlete’s success, recovery and massage therapy are just as crucial as everyday training on the court. Sheldon and his crew have done an outstanding job of getting myself and the rest of our team at the Perth Wildcats fit and ready for practices and games. Personally, I know they have played a major role in my development as a player and I owe much of our successes to them. Whether it be a massage to relieve muscle soreness and tightness or dry needling to release deep muscle tension, Sheldon and his team have the answers. I’ve seen it firsthand.

I have been using Sheldon’s massage practice for 6+ years now and whether it is running, swimming, board paddling or the gym he always manages to keep me going and get me back in action. A number of my friends from Surf Club also use him and his knowledge and personal experience of the sports we do on the beach is hugely beneficial in putting us back on our feet to complete or play for another day.

Sheldon has been great in helping me get back to racing professionally. After suffering a fractured pelvis in a bike crash, there have been a lot of issues and Sheldon has played a major part in keeping my body healthy and on top of any potential problems. Can highly recommend.

I have been using Sheldon’s practice for the past 4 years. He simply is a genius when it comes to fixing my old body. During this time I have trained for two ` races which would have been impossible without him. He is a wizard with an acupuncture needle. I was close to giving up triathlon racing because of my sore shoulder. 12 months later I am swimming better than ever and really can no longer remember what a sore shoulder than like. Thanks a lot, Sheldon! Without your “magic” I’d be a couch potato rather then heading off to Austria for yet another Ironman race.

It’s a little out of the ordinary for me to write a thank you note for a massage — but your massage was so inspiring that I felt I needed to tell you how special the experience was for me.
