Sheldon Griffiths

In the now 20 plus years Sheldon has practiced professional massage, he has spent a number of those working directly for professional athletic teams like the Perth Wildcats, Perth Lynx, Tennis Australia, Western Force and Perth Glory and is well versed in the art of identifying, treating and relieving joint and muscle pain through a combination of methods.

Since 2013 until just recently he has been the Soft Tissue therapist to the Australian Mens Basketball Team – The Boomers which went so close to it’s maiden medal at the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

Sheldon is eager to collaborate with fellow practitioners, both within his field of expertise, as well as in other fields, to ensure that every patient that walks through his door receives the most elite, precise and effective care he can provide them with.

In short, Sheldon is excited to continue to do what he’s always striven to do: elevate and cultivate a business built on the foundations of health, wellbeing and compassionate, proactive care.

Junko Ohara

Junko studied the Diploma of Remedial Massage at Central TAFE and completed the full time course in 2010.

Since completing her Diploma, she has worked in physiotherapy clinics closely with the physiotherapists to ensure that the patients gain maximal benefit from their massage therapy.

In the clinic, Junko works with patients experiencing chronic pain, post-surgery rehabilitation, sports injuries and more common issues. These include headaches, migraines, neck and shoulder tightness along with general muscle tightness and soreness.

Having years of experience working with all different types of patients, Junko has developed a good understanding of how posture and stress affect muscle condition in the modern lifestyle.

Junko uses a combination of modalities in a session including dry needling, deep and soft tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and manual lymphatic drainage in order to create a tailored experience to fit the patient’s individual needs.

Pia McEvoy

Pia graduated from ECU in 2012 with a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sports Science and Exercise Rehabilitation. With a keen interest in sports and the human body she completed a diploma of Remedial Massage in 2013 to compliment her university degree.

She has been massaging for over 4 years making sure she is working with the client to create a individual treatment plan. She has a passion for helping people and restoring their body back to optimal function.

Pia’s speciality includes sports massage, muscle tension in the shoulders/back and relaxation.

Outside of work her interests include going to the beach and playing sports such as tennis and netball.
